ATLAS is a purpose-built autonomous inspection platform designed to navigate complex asset geometries — aircraft fuselages, wing surfaces, pipeline exteriors, launch structures — without manual guidance. The platform uses multi-axis mobility to maintain optimal sensor-to-surface distance across curved, angled, and vertical surfaces. The chassis is built for field conditions: IP-rated enclosure, vibration-dampened sensor mounting, and hot-swappable battery modules for continuous operations. Onboard NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin provides 275 TOPS of edge compute — processing sensor data in real time without reliance on cloud connectivity. ATLAS deploys in minutes. No scaffolding. No confined space entry permits. No specialized rigging.

SENSORS

Six Sensor Modalities. One Modular Head.

The ATLAS sensor head uses a modular architecture — swap and configure sensors for each mission. No other inspection platform integrates this breadth of sensing capability.

Dual-LiDAR

3D surface geometry, deformation mapping. 300,000 pts/sec at 0.5mm precision. Maps sub-millimeter dents, waviness, and structural deformation.

Hyperspectral Imaging

200+ spectral bands, 400-2,500nm. Detects corrosion under paint, coating breakdown, and composite delamination invisible to cameras.

Thermal LWIR

640x512 resolution, sensitivity to 0.02 degrees C. Finds trapped moisture in composites, insulation failures, and thermal anomalies.

Ground-Penetrating Radar

1-4 GHz, penetration to 12 inches. Sees through surfaces to detect hidden corrosion, voids, and structural degradation without contact.

Ultrasonic

2-10 MHz, 0.01mm accuracy. Quantifies wall thickness and internal crack propagation with sub-millimeter precision.

Eddy Current

Detects fatigue cracks and stress corrosion cracking in metallic structures — the leading cause of in-service structural failures.
