ABOUT ARACHNID SYSTEMS

We Build Robots That See What Humans Cannot

Arachnid Systems is building the autonomous inspection standard for aviation, defense, energy, and space

replacing subjective manual methods with precise, repeatable, multi-spectral intelligence.

Why We Started Arachnid

Manual inspection is the weakest link in critical asset maintenance. Aircraft, defense platforms, pipelines, and launch vehicles depend on human inspectors using decades-old methods — flashlights, magnifying glasses, and sampling-based spot checks that cover 60-70% of a surface on a good day. The other 30-40% is a bet.

We started Arachnid Systems to eliminate that bet. Our founding team — from Apple's FaceID sensor program, SpaceX's Raptor 3 engine, and Nokia's global network infrastructure — saw the same pattern across industries: critical inspections performed by overstretched technicians with single-sense tools, generating subjective results.

ATLAS is the answer: an autonomous robot with six sensor modalities, AI-powered defect detection, and predictive maintenance intelligence. One platform. Complete coverage. Every time.

Arachnid Systems Corporation is a Delaware C-Corp headquartered in the United States.

Build the Future of Inspection

We are hiring engineers who want to work on hard problems — autonomous robotics, multi-spectral sensing, predictive AI, and defense-grade systems. If you have built things at places like SpaceX, Apple, Anduril, or Palantir, we should talk.
